Every parcel in any Ohio county — parcel boundary, owner name, assessed value, situs address, acres, apn / upid — cut from that county's own records for your order and delivered as CSV, Shapefile, GeoJSON on request. Take one county, a group of them, or the whole state on one licence. Nothing is paid up front.

The licence
Every order — one county, a whole state, a custom cut — comes on the same three terms.
A 12-month licence
You can use the data for twelve months from the day the file arrives.
One export, no updates
It is a one-time cut of what the county had published on the day we cut it, and it does not update itself. If you want it cut again later, that is the Refreshes add-on, quoted with the order.
Yours to use, not to sell on
No resale, no sublicensing, and no building a product that competes with Land Owl on top of it. Use it in your own work; do not make it someone else's product.
