How to switch between satellite and street maps
The basemap is the map underneath your parcels and layers. Both apps offer the same five: Streets, Satellite, Outdoors, Light and Dark.

Pick the app you're using
The web app and the mobile app don't always work the same way, so each has its own instructions.
Find the small map thumbnail in the bottom-right corner of the map.
Hover it and it reads Map style with the current style's name.
Click the thumbnail.
A Map style flyout opens.
Click Satellite, Streets, Outdoors, Light or Dark.
The map switches straight away.
