How to generate a parcel report

A parcel report pulls everything Land Owl knows about a parcel into one document. It takes a minute or so to build, and every report you create appears on the Reports page on both the web and your phone.

Step by step

Pick the app you're using

The web app and the mobile app don't always work the same way, so each has its own instructions.

  1. Click Reports in the top navigation.

  2. Click New report.

  3. Next to Standard Parcel Report, click Generate.

  4. Pick the parcel.

    Use Filter saved parcels… to find one you have saved, or Search by address… for any other.

  5. Click Generate report.

    The report appears in your list and shows its progress until it is ready.

Good to know

Worth knowing before you start

  • Monthly allowance

    Each plan includes a number of reports per month. The count is shown when you start a new report.

  • Mobile reports come from saved parcels

    On the phone, New report lists your saved parcels. Save the parcel first, or generate straight from the parcel on the map with Actions.
