How to find a parcel by address or APN
Every parcel on the map can be found by its street address or its APN (the county's parcel number). Pick a result and the map flies there and opens the parcel.
Step by step
Pick the app you're using
The web app and the mobile app don't always work the same way, so each has its own instructions.
Click the search box at the top of the map.
It reads Search by address or APN…
Type an address or a parcel number.
Results appear after the first 3 characters, under Address matches or APN matches.
Click a result.
The map flies to that parcel and opens its details panel.
Good to know
Worth knowing before you start
Addresses and APNs both work
You do not need to choose. Land Owl looks at what you typed and searches addresses or parcel numbers to match.
Free plan
On the free plan, search stops once you have used this month's parcel views. The web search box then reads Upgrade to search more.
